Top 10 opportunities for teachers: fellowships, scholarships and prizes
Ten international opportunities for teachers, including Fulbright TEA, the Hornby Scholarship, MEXT Teacher Training, CERN's teacher programmes and the Global Teacher Prize, checked on official pages.

Teachers spend their careers opening doors for other people, and are rarely told about the doors open to them. Yet governments, universities and foundations run serious programmes for teachers: funded master’s degrees, months of professional development abroad, weeks at the world’s best-known laboratory and prizes that recognise great teaching.
These ten opportunities for teachers are open to educators from many countries. Every detail was checked on the official programme page.

This is an editorial selection, not a formula. Every detail was checked on the official page on October 30, 2026. No university or funder paid to be included.
