Scholarship for socially engaged Dutch graduates to follow a new full time bachelor’s, master’s or short course abroad lasting 3 to 24 months. The maximum amount is not published on the page.

Who can apply

Dutch nationals with a diploma, or about to get one, from a Dutch higher education institution that works with VSBfonds.

Deadline

March 1, 2027: Applications are accepted up to and including 1 March for plans starting after 1 July of the same year; the current round covers study starting from 1 July 2027. Online information sessions are on 12 November 2026, 11 December 2026 and 14 January 2027.
