A paid five-month traineeship at the European Commission where graduates get hands-on experience of EU policy work and administration. Sessions start on 1 March and 1 October.
Who can apply
EU nationals, plus a limited number of nationals of candidate countries, who have completed a full three-year degree. You need C1 English, French or German and no more than six weeks of earlier work in EU institutions.
Deadline
March 12, 2027: Applications for the October 2027 session run from 15 February 2027 to 12 March 2027 at 10:00 Brussels time. The March 2027 session closed on 4 September 2026.
