A nine-month hybrid leadership program (September to May) for 40 fellows, with virtual sessions and a 10-day international study tour. Participants pay a fee of 3,000 US dollars (nonprofit and public sector) or 15,000 US dollars (private sector), with limited fee assistance; airfare and visas are not included.

Leaders aged 25 to 40 at the application deadline from any country, working in the public, private or nonprofit sector, with fluent or advanced English.
