Grant towards a full time, in person master’s or PhD degree of at least one academic year at an accredited US institution, starting from August 2027. The commission states the grant covers only part of the costs.
Who can apply
French citizens (not US citizens or permanent residents) who have completed at least 3 years of higher education and were enrolled at a French institution. Applicants must not be in the US or have spent more than 3 consecutive months there.
Deadline
December 1, 2026: Applications and recommendation letters are due by 1 December 2026 at 23:59 Paris time. Late applications are not accepted.
